About me:

My name is Mayur, I come from India and have been here in The Netherlands since 2022.

I started my coaching journey in 2010 as a personal trainer and later ventured into group fitness like aerobics, les mills classes and in 2019 I began my yoga and pilates journey.

I bring 16 years of coaching and learning experience to my teaching methods which helps me to understand my client’s requirements and plan the classes in the most effective way.

I discovered yoga and pilates when I was struggling with stiffness and pain in my body due to solely focusing on lifting weights and not dedicating time to stretching or recovery. And since I began my yoga and pilates practice I could gradually get rid of the pain, stiffness and fatigue I was feeling everyday. I started feeling rested and due to the recovery my mental health started improving too.

I wish to share this feeling of energized and well rested with all of my clients and make them feel great !
